The Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) for instance started the Green Revolution of rice and stubble in Asia which has raised the average yield of rice and wheat by a tremen dous lot. Research in the science doctrine has enabled us to go aware of harmful activities that deteriorate Mother Nature and also harmful chemical substances to health. Human beings have directly impacted nature negatively by continuous pollution which makes irreversible damage to the environment. A good example is greenhouse gases in the atmosphere which are believed to lead to global warming.
